Sanking's Pneumatic Actuated PVC Butterfly Valve stands out in harsh working environments. Both the actuator shell and valve body are made of plastic, ensuring a longer lifespan even in workshops with challenging conditions, such as areas with leaks or corrosive gases. Its compact size and lightweight design make it ideal for tight installation spaces.

Available in sizes from 1-½" to 12" in diameter. The valve features wafer flanged connection styles, with EPDM or VITON seals available. In addition to PVC, we offer CPVC, PPH, and PVDF versions. The valve can be equipped with various accessories such as air filters, limit switches, solenoid valves, and more to enable intelligent control.

The Intelligent Motorised Ball Valve excels in applications requiring precise flow control. Featuring Sanking's innovative ball core for linearly proportional flow, this valve utilizes PLC technology to precisely adjust the opening angle of the ball core. The valve is fully plasticized, including the actuator housing, PPS bracket, and valve body, making it well-suited for tough working conditions. Its compact design reduces internal stress and pipeline load.

Rated IP66, the valve’s independent terminal blocks protect the internal components from external interference, reducing failure rates and simplifying maintenance. Additionally, it offers MODBUS 485 communication protocol and 4-20 mA modes, enabling real-time flow automation control via the PLC and precise regulation of the valve’s opening and closing angle. This valve is ideal for chemical dosing systems, such as chlorination in water treatment.
