PPH pneumatic diaphragm valves are primarily used for handling corrosive and toxic media. These valves feature both body and seat seals, with no external exposure, making them suitable for aseptic processes. When the valve closes, a pressure pad supports the diaphragm, forcing it down onto the seat to seal off the flow. The relationship between the body and pressure plate prevents over-compression of the diaphragm. The actuator shell and valve body are made of plastic, making them ideal for harsh working environments. We manufacture PPH pneumatic diaphragm valves in sizes ranging from 1/2" to 2". Available connection styles include socket, flanged, or union, and diaphragm materials such as EPDM, VITON, FPM, and PTFE are offered. In addition to PVC, we also provide CPVC, PPH, and PVDF materials.
