The ProPulse®2 delivers exceptional performance and ultra-low flow measurement accuracy, even in the most demanding industrial environments. This sensor operates with a PVDF rotor with encapsulated magnetic inserts that rotate on durable sapphire bearings. As the rotor spins, the magnetic field generated is captured by a Hall Effect Sensor, converting the rotation into a square wave NPN pulse, 4-20mA, or RS485 output. This output can be directed to a metering pump or local display for real-time flow data.
