PVC True Union Diaphragm Valve allows for easy repair and inline valve replacement due to the union end design. These valves function as both a union and a valve, which enables quick removal from the pipeline system for maintenance without needing to dismantle the entire system, minimizing system downtime. Available in sizes from ½" to 4" in diameter, the valves feature socket or threaded connection styles. EPDM or VITON seals are available. In addition to PVC, we also provide CPVC, PPH, and PVDF versions.

These valves are particularly ideal for handling ultra-pure, viscous, or highly contaminated media, as well as corrosive or inert substances. When paired with control equipment, PVC diaphragm valves can replace traditional control systems, especially for solid or easily polluted inert media.
