Sanking's Electrical Actuated PVC True Union Ball valve is distinguished from its competitors. Sanking team provide its series products with full plastic (the exposed surface) including the actuator shell, bracket and the valve body. The patented PPS bracket design has a larger contact area with the ball valve body, which reduces the single-point pressure of the screw hole, and the overall force is more uniform, reducing the failure rate. Through the limit torque setting ,when the valve is stuck with solid particles. The PPS adapter is preferentially broken to protect the ball center and valve stem. The maintenance only needs to replace the external adapter, no necessary to disassemble the valve from the piping system, minimized the impact to the whole systems, convenient for maintenance and lower the cost. The actuator with the independent terminal module, it effectively isolates the inside of the actuator from the outside, preventing adverse effects on the internal core components during the wiring.

We provide the size from ½" through 4" diameter. Connection styles are either socket, threaded and flanged. EPDM or VITON on Seal are available. As to the ball valve, besides PVC, we also provide CPVC, PPH, PVDF. And for the bracket, we are not only providing our PPS patented bracket, but also stainless steel as requested.
