The PVDF Diaphragm Valve is a specialized shut-off valve with a unique structure. The opening and closing mechanism is a diaphragm made of soft material, which separates the valve body from the driving components. Since only the diaphragm and valve body are in contact with the medium, the valve is well-suited for controlling a variety of chemicals or suspended particles. It is easy to disassemble and repair, with diaphragm replacement being quick and on-site.

PVDF’s lack of plasticizers, pigments, or additives makes it highly resistant to chemicals and impacts. This makes PVDF diaphragm valves suitable for industries such as medical, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics, where high-purity liquids need to be transported.

Available in sizes from 1/2" to 4", with socket, thread, and flanged joints. ANSI, JIS, and DIN standards are supported. Socket connections can be fusion-welded or butt-welded.
