The Solenoid Valve (UDC & TF Series) is a high-performance, chemically resistant valve designed for controlling the flow of strong acids and strong alkalis in low-pressure applications (0–1 Bar). Constructed from PVC (pH 3–11) or PTFE (pH 0–14), this valve ensures durability and corrosion resistance in demanding environments.
This normally closed, 2/2-way assisted-lift solenoid valve operates effectively in a media temperature range of -5°C to +80°C, making it suitable for various industrial and chemical processing applications. It features a dry armature design to prevent fluid contamination and ensure reliable operation. The coil must be mounted upright for optimal performance.
Available in BSP port sizes from 1/4” to 1” with orifice sizes ranging from 6.5mm to 13mm, the valve delivers precise flow control with a maximum viscosity of 20 centistokes. It is equipped with IP65 or IP54-rated electrical enclosures for protection in harsh conditions.
The coil options (M or XL) support voltages of 12V DC, 24V DC, 110V AC, and 230V AC, with insulation rated Class F (155°C). Power consumption varies by model, ensuring energy efficiency in continuous or intermittent operations.
