The TKB Series battery-operated in-line plastic paddle wheel flow meter sensor is engineered for demanding industrial environments. It provides highly accurate flow measurements for both corrosive and non-corrosive liquids over the long term. This plastic in-line digital sensor includes a 360° rotatable, backlit LCD display showing both Flow Rate and Flow Total. The TKB series features a new air-foil rotor design that minimizes turbulence and drag by up to 92% as the liquid passes. The zirconium rotor pin is polished to a mirror finish, offering superior resistance to chemicals and wear compared to metal pins. The rotor is equipped with two ceramic bushings, enhancing the rotor pin-to-paddle alignment and reducing wobble. Icon’s flow meters feature a Tefzel® paddle coupled with a zirconium ceramic rotor pin and bushings. The TKB series also features a true-union design with body materials available in PVC, PP, and PVDF. The TK3B Series Stainless Steel Flow Meter Sensor, with a 316SS body, is available with NPT, flanged, or sanitary end connections.
