TKP In-Line Paddle Wheel Flow Meter Sensor

The TKP Series digital in-line paddle wheel flow meter sensor is designed for demanding industrial applications. The TKP sensor offers long-lasting, precise flow measurement for both corrosive and non-corrosive liquids. It features a 360° rotatable LED display showing both Flow Rate and Flow Total, and provides a frequency pulse output. With its low-drag, fluid-dynamic paddle wheel design, the TKP is recognized as the most accurate flow meter sensor available.

The TKP series includes a newly redesigned air-foil rotor that cuts drag and turbulence by up to 92% as the liquid passes. The zirconium rotor pin is mirror-polished, providing superior wear and chemical resistance over metal pins. The rotor also features two ceramic bushings for improved alignment and reduced wobble. Icon’s flow meters use a Tefzel® paddle coupled with a zirconium ceramic rotor pin and bushings, ensuring durability.
